For the last fifteen years or so I have been incorporating an attitude of minimalism. This lifestyle involves what I refer to as emotional, mental and physical decluttering. Experience a meaningful life by nurturing what works for you and reducing what doesn’t. From relationships to habits to possessions…there are many areas of life that we fill up with non essentials. I would rather know where I stand, how I feel and have only what I need at my fingertips. The part about minimalism that often is not discussed and that I advocate for is how minimalism makes room for joy and satisfaction. It is not about doing without – it is about living well. Nurturing the great relationships in your life, creating behaviour that serves you well and welcoming in colour, texture and functionality with objects.

The topic of minimalism is growing and I get asked for my thoughts in interviews as well as guest blog posts. Click here to read a few of them.
